How quick will my item ship?
All orders received Monday-Friday before 12:00 PM EST will ship same day. In most cases, items ordered that are not available in our warehouse will ship within 3 business days from the order date. Please allow 4 to 14 days for most shipment to arrive.
Can I have my order shipped faster?
Yes, please request "expedited" shipping in the comments section of your order. We will contact you and make arrangements via e-mail or phone. Please list your preferred contact method. We can use any shipping method you prefer. However, there will be an additional fee for this method.
How long will it take to receive my item once it is shipped?
Your item will ship USPS "Priority Mail" or UPS "Regular Ground." Expect 2 to 3 days for delivery once your item is shipped via "Priority Mail." You may use the shipping map below to determine the time it would take to receive your item once it is shipped via UPS "Regular Ground."

How do I know my order has shipped?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail giving you detailed tracking information.
When will my credit card be charged?
We will only charge your credit card when your order is ready for shipment.
Does HyundaiParts123.com allow returns?
We will accept returns in most cases. We realize that mistakes can happen. Items stocked in our warehouse may be returned within 14 days from receipt. Items not stocked in our warehouse will be able to be returned less a 20% restocking fee. Items related to electrical may not be returned. Items unopened and in the original container are eligible for return. Some items appearing in our catalog may be discontinued and would not be returnable. Please call for a return authorization number. We will not accept returns for any reason without an RA number. Our goal is to provide you with the right part. Let us know what we can do to help. How do I make arrangements to return an item?
